YOUR KEY FILE
Your Key File must be installed in the Fast Estimate main folder in order
to be made available to the program at run time (It's the first thing
it looks for). This is normally achieved using the program's Download Licence Key function (File menu)
The Key File controls important aspects of your Fast Estimate installation:
- Converts an unregistered copy to a fully licensed copy
- Adds your company details (or serial no.) to your reports
- Determines the number of users on a network
- Determines the duration of your license
The exact specification of the Key File supplied is determined at time of order.
Notes
- The Key File supplied for your program is unique to you or your company and is not for distribution to any other party. Your name, or the name of your company, is embedded within the file and cannot be changed.
- The Key File must reside in the main program folder.
Important: Please keep your Licence Key File in a safe place (You can copy it to backup media at any time). Replacement Key Files can be ordered on our web site.
