Schedule Groups Play Video

Schedule groups can be useful for pulling together existing schedules that make up part of the same project. For example a development of three detached houses; a block of flats or a house and a detached garage. Keeping these as separate schedules (rather than as bills of the same schedule) has advantages when it comes to making changes or ordering materials.

Key Features

  • View key financial information for both individual schedules and for the Group as a whole
  • Group / Ungroup schedules at any time
  • Can be assigned their own Status

To create a new Group and add schedules to it:

  1. Select the Groups tab and add a new Group name in the table
  2. Select the new Group in the tree selector
  3. Use the Insert Schedule Link function to select existing schedules to be added to the Group

Groups can have their own Properties
