This is the list of specialist skills you would normally subcontract in order to complete the project. e.g. Plumber Work, Electrical Work, Groundwork
When used with a Contractor (Contacts) these are simply entered as text values and may be sorted so similar contractors are shown together.
When used to mark up bills in the Subcontractor Comparison module, they are selected from your existing library resources (Type = Subcontractor).
